Welcome to ETSIN FLO NAOERO. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Description
ETSIN FLO NAOERO facilitates the purchase and delivery of prepaid electricity tokens for supported Nauru electricity meters. We are an independent service and are not a formal partner of or endorsed by Nauru Utilities Corporation (NUC) unless explicitly stated.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use ETSIN FLO NAOERO. By using the service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
3. Customer Meter Responsibility
You are solely responsible for entering the correct meter number when making a purchase. ETSIN FLO NAOERO delivers tokens to the meter number you provide. Tokens loaded onto an incorrect meter due to an inaccurate meter number cannot be reversed and are not eligible for refund.
4. Pricing & Service Fees
The total amount payable may include a service fee, which will be displayed before purchase confirmation. By confirming the purchase you agree to pay the total amount shown.
5. Payment Verification
Payments are verified through automated and manual review of payment evidence (including bank transfer receipts and reference codes). You must:
- Use the unique payment reference shown for your order.
- Pay the exact amount displayed.
- Submit truthful and unaltered receipt evidence.
6. Underpayment & Overpayment
- Underpayment. If the amount received is less than the amount due, your order will enter an "awaiting balance" state. You will have a short window (typically three minutes) to pay the remaining balance using the same reference, or to cancel the order.
- Overpayment. If the amount received exceeds the amount due, your token will be delivered as normal. The overpaid amount will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
7. Token Delivery
Tokens are delivered electronically once payment has been verified. Delivery times depend on payment verification, NUC network availability, and SMS delivery conditions. ETSIN FLO NAOERO is not liable for delays caused by upstream providers.
8. Fraud Prevention
ETSIN FLO NAOERO reserves the right to pause, decline, refund, or reverse any order, and to suspend any account, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, manipulated receipts, or duplicate claims.
9. Account Suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, attempt to defraud the service, or place the platform, vendors, or other customers at risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETSIN FLO NAOERO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
